Overview:
The Commercial Project Manager - LATAM will work directly with client teams in South America & Latin Europe to understand project requests, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates. The incumbent will additionally plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan including logistic activities required for international clients.

Considering these objectives; we are searching for individuals that possess adaptive and highly skilled Building Envelope Markets Development expertise, those individuals who are self-motivated and consistently lead their contemporaries and peers in results achievement.
We are seeking candidates that are passionate about their personal career endeavors, and are committed to business development successes, while engaging in their next unique career opportunity for significant personal growth and financial enrichment.
The ideal candidate should possess a Building Construction/Civil Engineering Technology Advanced Diploma or equivalent (e.g. Advanced Technology Diploma – Architectural Studies, Construction Engineering; Bachelor of Applied Technology – Architecture; Bachelor of Engineering – Civil, Environmental; etc.), with evidentiary and insightful building envelope application solutions knowledge. Through historical career development, the candidate shall also possess well-developed, pre-existing construction industry connectivity with end users and architectural specifiers alike, along with a strong distribution channel network. Candidate preference will be given to those having active involvement with North American Industry Trade Associations (e.g. CCA, ABAA, SIPA, OBEC, NBEC, etc.).
The successful candidate will, through the pursuit of zero-energy building initiatives, help define this newly created position, while favorably influencing market behaviors of the building envelope industry. The candidate should expect to encounter a multitude of opportunities to add client value and to continuously expand their knowledge within a challenging and rewarding work environment.
