CSL 506 | Electronics Grade Silicone Sealant

Overview

CSL506 is a uniquely formulated one-part, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) electronic grade self-leveling silicone sealant and adhesive. 

CSL506 does not generate acetic acid or other corrosive by-products during cure, making it ideal for use in corrosion-sensitive electronic equipment with no adverse effects. 

CSL506 remains flexible from -40°C to 200°C (-40°F to 392°F).

CSL506 is a self-leveling formulation ideal for filling small spaces. It can be used for encapsulating, potting up to 1/2” cavities. It has unique adhesive properties and can be cut away for easy rework and repairs.

CSL506 is primarily used in applications where a flowable, self-leveling silicone sealant/adhesive is required.  It can be used for a broad range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic applications.  Such applications include potting and encapsulating electrical terminals, electrical coils, connectors, printed circuit boards, and sealing electronic devices.
